I am a busy mom, an internet entrepreneur, a coach (both in fitness/weight loss as well as an email marketing coach for both women entrepreneurs as well as health and fitness professionals). I’ve got a huge passion for improvement and I love helping others create true wellness and true wealth all from the inside out.
Being from the beautiful part of NJ in a small town nestled near the Delaware Water Gap, Kittatinny Valley and Great Appalachian Valley, I’ve developed a love for the country. I love hiking, biking, watching my son ride his dirt bike and I think my new hobby might someday be taking pictures of old barns. So, if you have any to share feel free to send them my way!
I have a beautiful 15 year old daughter who loves theater. She is my “drama-queen” and I knew that from birth. She’s very involved with our local school theater programs and I just love watching her on stage.
I also have a son who is 12 and who loves sports. He can’t seem to get enough. He plays soccer and lacrosse and loves to ride his dirtbike. But his all-time favorite sport is ice-hockey. Go Devils!
In the last few years I’ve had some major changes take place. Going through a divorce and moving to a different state with two children was not easy. It really took a toll on my financial and emotional wellbeing. I knew I had to re-focus on being as healthy as I could for my kids and also needed to figure out how I could earn more money using the most amazing invention ever created… the internet! I set out to discover my true purpose in life and what value I could share with others.
That’s when I realized that I was already helping other women feel great about themselves inside and out (through health, fitness and true wellness) and I was also finding myself sharing the “ my system of success” I had learned while striving to earn money with my online business. I then decided to combine both of my passions into one location: my blog.
This is when I realized my true passions and that was FREEDOM! But to have freedom, one must have health as well as wealth. I decided to put my thoughts together and offer my coaching services.
Email Marketing has become one of the most successful ways of marketing with any business. Being a woman as well as being active in the fitness industry for many years, I have developed a training for women in business as well as fitness professionals on how to set up an email marketing system as well as how to build a list of highly targeted leads.
